Check out the turnout that Rebecca, from Rebecca Reads, has for the 35th edition of the Bookworms Carnival. Rebecca chose to spotlight Really Old Classics and she was given quite a few reviews that covered a wide range of topics. She has books from Ancient History, Homer, Greek, Roman, and even Asian and Middle Eastern eras. There’s the Olde English and Medieval texts as well, so it’s definitely worth a stop over to check it out. There’s actually a few that have caught my eye and I’m heading over to check out the reviews.
To wrap up this edition, Rebecca is asking everyone…
- Which favorite really old classics were not represented in this carnival?
- Which really old classic(s) are you eager to read next?
- What modern retellings of classics have you loved?
If you end up answering the questions, make sure you leave a link back at Rebecca’s BWC post. She’s planning on including everyone’s answers in with the carnival.
Upcoming Carnival Editions:
As always, make sure you check out the upcoming carnival stops. There may be something that fits perfectly for your site, your interests or may give you an excuse to try something new.
